Rest of fishing trip

The afternoon of the second day of our fishing trip we went to the beach for the sunset, and I took a couple of pics of my older daughters that came out very nice. This first one is the oldest, Sammy (short for Samantha), a Golden Retriever. She's almost 12, but still very active, and a very happy dog.

...and this is the daughter. A little overcooked, she didn't come out Golden like her brothers and sisters, but black! I believe it's called a Flat Coated retriever. I was told this can happen because the Flat Coated is one of the races contributing to the Golden (?). She isn't as proper as the mother, but she is very loving. She's called "Negra".
