rescued rainbow crab HELP

HELP ME I have rescued a rainbow crab from some kids who were going to release it in the sea what do i do now have got a 2ft by 1ft tank have put him in there with a gravel bank and some rocks to get out of the water have also installed a heater set at 22deg and a undegravel filter have i got it about right have also bought lance fish and cockles for him or her to eat can someone tell me if i have set up right have become besotted should i get him a friend and if so what would appreciate any advice thanks
