Rescued Him

Been away for the weekend...bought a betta a day or so before I went away so no spare tanks. Went in Petsmart in Yarmouth just to look around and they had bettas some big boys in tanks, small blue male in with neons and then a red one in with some Gouramis you had to look really close to find him.
Well I walked away like you do looked around the shop then went back he was being bullied. Told the assistant he said no he is fine...he said have you seen the females well 3 or 4 sick looking girls £6.50 each! really ill looking. Said can you move the small red one he said no he is fine!!!!...so I bought him...had to get a critter keeper and water conditioner as well. Back home now he isnt very happy but if he makes next couple of days I will post a photo

he is in is icky tank....pinched some weed from another betta and some glass pebbles. really skint at the moment...just fed them betta pellets and they scoffed them apart from new one he is soo tiny though

well he hasnt eaten but he has been flaring at me....he is so tiny same size as my little girl...he was down as a vt but not sure now he is actually looking happy he doesnt look as if they beat him up much at all....

what tail type do you think?

aw he looks like my guy Blaze colour wise anyway, tailtype wise i don't know, his rays are extended quite far but not as far as a CT if you get me, maybe a combtail?
