Hi I was looking through my betta photo's today and noticed the massive recovery Mim has made since I rescued her, she is now mum to my 20 or so fry. First pic is mim when I bought her (Im not usually one for rescues but she was very thin and in with lots of tetras, second is her now in her own cube

Thanks she is lovely she hogs down her food now and def has no confidence issues! She's usually staring at me waiting for me to wake up so she can have her breakfast in the mornings! determined not to go back to her former skinny self!

Aw thanks for all your kind comments guys! Im sure she is a lot happier ! any of us could do the same! I dont normally rescue as I dont want to increase income for the shop and encourage them to buy more bettas but weirdly enough all the others were well cared for apart from her and something in me just couldnt leave without her!

well done you - you are a model betta keeper judging by that transformation. I don't think she would have made it without your love and care, she looked in terrible shape. I love stories like this
