Reporting Bad Pet/fish Stores

Does anyone have any info on if bad pet/fish stores can be reported, just been to a local 'Pet Superstore' and the fish were in atrocious conditions, would like to know if there is anywhere i can report them?

I'd imagine you can report them to the RSPCA. Might need to take some sly camera phone shots so you have proof.

Ok have done that,

never felt quite so discusted as i did tonight, shops should not be allowed to trade with those sort of conditions, i was sooo sooo tempted to rescue one of the bettas too, but i know if i did, it would only encourage them to keep trading
