Repairing A Phone That Doesnt Switch On?

Well, i was searching the net for phones today, and came a across a Tocco Lite.
...From Ebay, resorted to ebay Impulse!

The phone is Nearly new but has an issue. It wont turn on.


Is this repairable or have i just wasted money?

Is it charged? Is the battery in? do you hold down the red button to turn it on?

I havent got it yet, that what was listed.


The listing said, with a charged battery it still wont come on. It is sold as spares or repair.

Truck is right. it could be any number of things. experience says, unless the seller is a "right numpty", it wont be fixable. even screens sell for £25, case for £20. they only sell new for £70-80. i bought a F490 last year. the seller said it "just stopped working". turned out to be a collection of duff bits, built around a blocked main board.
