Removing Paint From Tank ?

Hi, I recently painted a small tank, paint reacted with something and reticulated, what's the best way to remove it ?

i just used a paint scraper

I removed black paint off my tank with a razor blade. It peeled off like a dream, just have to be careful not to scratch the glass.
