Removing Medication

I have carbon in all my filters to remove meds, but since all of my tanks are planted, the carbon isn't really great for their water quality. How long should I run carbon in my filters? I did a 70% water change and 50% on all of my other tanks today, and the carbon has been in them all for 2 days. When will the medication be gone?

Change the carbon once every 3 days or so, the big water changes you are doing are helping greatly. The meds will be gone in a week or so.
