For those of you who read the topic, you'll remember how I ended up buying this fella to get him out of the female tank as the guy in the shop couldn't care less about them all tormenting him and vice versa. Look how much he's grown!

When I bought him..

Now a gorgeous example of PK:

Oh, and yes, he is in a large community tank - the simple individual life wasn't for him, he thrives in this tank!
--Never noticed that bit of fluff on the mirror til now, and you never do see watermarks til you look at photo's do you?

Omg, you did a lovely job with him! :D
He is gorgeous!! I love PK's :D

Thanks for the comments.

This boy has been the one I've seen develop the most during their time with me and I'm very proud of him :)

I'm guessing he's not that old, I've had him about a month or so and from the first photograph you can see how underdeveloped he is.

Pk's are strongly growing on me as well, I still love the fancy finnages of HM's and CT's but PK's have such a natural beauty

He was a good find and he sure is a stunna, sometimes i think we do have to thank the LFS for their stupidity as it does cause us to end up with some real hidden jems like him.

He's really lovely! I'm surprised he gets on o.k with that angel fish.

Yep, there's a pair of angels in the tank. Plus a Dwarf Gourami, and they all get on brilliantly. This little guy got depressed when I tried to put him in his own tank, he loves the company.

We just got in some female bettas at the LFS I work at, and one of my co-workers asked me to look them over and make sure they were all female. They have been sent batches of "females" before that turned out to be all young males!

Yeah, I find that most LFS's has young males with their females. Always check them over to see if any can be spotted

Lovely boy. I have quite a few cheap boys, that were in the girls tanks. :hyper: :hyper:
