Rekord 70 Stocking advice

Hi all,

Looking for some thoughts.
I have a planted Juwel rekord 70. 2 ft tank. 70 litres.

I currently have 12 neon tetras and 2 ghost shrimp.
Im probably coming to stock levels but I was hoping to get in a bottom feeder of some sort. Maybe an otto as there is a nice amount of algae in the tank.
I was wondering what people would suggest. Im interested in getting an Amano shrimp or two and hope they wont add hugely to the load in the tank but maybe these would compete with the otto?

Any advice welcome.

I would get 3 ottos as they are cute little fellas that do lots of work that larger algae eaters don't! Better in a group as they like to stick close to eachother.

Not sure about shrimp but I had 3 ottos in my 22gal and they kept the algae at bay - no problems!
