Regrowth Of Physically Damaged Fins?

Hi,
 
I got 3 lyretail swords two days ago, and  I noticed their fins are fairly damaged (torn). I'm pretty sure it's physical damage, because they're adapting well to my tank, and are fairly active. 
 
I just wanted to know if their fins will grow back, and how I can speed it up.

They should start growing back fairly quickly, new growth within 3-5 days but that's obviously providing the cause of the fin damage is removed/prevented, and you keep your water and stats in tip top condition with plenty of essential minerals in the water

Just make sure the fins have no infection white, pink, red edging to fins.

Nope nothing appears to be on the fins, just tears. They were like that when I got them, so hopefully they'll start growing back.
 
My older male swordtail does seem to be a little unfriendly towards the new male. I have a total of 4 female swords and two males right now.

I know they fully heal in a weeks' time. Depends on your fish's health condition as well as tankmates if they're very fidgety

I'd be surprised if they heal that fast. They're pretty badly torn. Entire bits are missing.
