Refugium Question

sry if someone asked this question already but I wanted to know if Cheatomorpha was the best type of macro algae to have in a refugium. dave

If your goal is nutrient export then yes. Chaeto does not "go sexual" and release spores into the water like culerpa species does. Its a little ugly lookin, but does the nitrate removel great

ah well thats the stuff I want I Don't want it growing all over the tank just pulling out the nutrients. thanks dave
