Reflectors On Lights

is doing reflectors on lights as easy as putting aluminum foil over the op of the light?

yes that's the easiest way to do it. Alternatively you can get thin like proper thin glass and make a mirror of it and use this as a reflector

you could alternatively buy some reflectors out of a LFS for a couple bucks, these just clip on which makes them easy to apply
