Reed Fish Almost Dead

1 of my reed fish is almost dead i think, it was upside down, still flapping its fins but not moving at all. The bigger reed fish is thriving and has really starting moving quite abit and is quite fast. I dont have a clue what to do with the reed fish thats almost dead, i havent got a hospital tank, i have a tank, its plastic, but no filter or heater etc... Is there anything i can do?

How often do you do water changes?
Have you added anything new to the tank?
Have you seen the other reed fish picking on him at all?
Have you seen him eat a lot? Or has he gone to the potty at all lately?
What size tank do you have him in?

ive only had them since friday.

havent done a water change yet, did one last thursday.
added 6 neon tetra's and an albino tiger barb.
The other reed fish, the bigger one, doesnt pick on it, they seemed pretty happy 2gether, always in the same rock.
Havent seen him eat at all really, ive tried giving them blood worm, but they havent eaten.
Havent noticed it go for a poo.
They are in a 5 foot tank

sadly the reed fish died, i returned the other one today, sad to see them go but life goes on, plenty more fish in the sea
