red sea max have brought out a new reef system tank which holds 34 gallons of water is this tank big enough to put a lionfish in
(pterois volitans) (common lionfish) ? from what i can find out on the net and reading books there average sze in an aquarium is about 7 to 8 inches

I'm not a marine person but for a lion fish this surly would be far to small.

I adore the Red Sea Max setup, but if your goal is to keep a lionfish... then invest that money towards a bigger setup.
