Hi guys
I have a load of guppies all active and swimming about but the past two days i have noticed i have three female guppies missing i found 1 dead but havnt found the others.
Now recently another one of my females has been spotted lying on the floor of the tank panting and attacking any other guppy that gets close i gathered she was ready to drop her fry but she isnt big enough to have fry yet she looks like she has a bad red mark on her side but i am worried as it looks internal (under her scales) i dont know what it is i have done water checks and all is fine and dandy.
It may be of note that i do have alot of males as nearly all baby guppies i have are boys which is annoying and i havnt got anything that enjoys munching baby guppies sadly.
Could the stress of having all these males be killing my girls ?
Cheers guys and gals for youre help
