Red Lips

o my tank is like going crazy.. all of my bettas are dying and my cory's were fine until i noticed yesterday one of them now has red lips....

water is good (had it tested yesterday at the lfs).. but bettas are dying mysteriously.. and nobody can find out why...

How many gallons is the tank.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats would be good to know never trust the lfs they always say everything fine.
The red lips are they also swollen.
Has she knocked her mouth on anything in the tank.
