2 of my female guppies have red gills. I tested the water and ammonia and nitrites are 0, nitrates are 10 and the pH is 7.4. Is this something I should be worried about? They dont appear ill, and all the other fish are ok.

From what i have experianced, Some of my fish Gills apear red. But they are healthy and the water is fine...So i just think in my case anyhow thats just the way they have been born.
But dont quote me on this...lol...if there is anyone that knows other wise please tell cos you might be able to "Kill 2 birds with one stone" here lol

has this just occoured or have they always been like this???

don`t forget the gills have a lot of blood flowing through them and so will apear red

I've never noticed them this red before and it seems to be more on one side than the other but its just her and the water seems fine and she isnt acting unwell. I guess all I can do is wait and see.
