Red Finned Shark with white dot

I have a Red Finned Shark with white dot. This seems to be growing more and more, any ideas what this is ? Or how to stop it ?

is this a fuzzy dot, lump, discoloration of the skin, and where is it? Is the fish in any kind of stress? Color still bright? Still active and eating? Keep us posted.
