Red Bubble Algae

and is it worse than green bubble algae cause I think the top of my tallest rock is infested with it.

There is such a thing, it often grows larger than green bubble, and often times grows just as quickly. Looks neat, but can get out of control.

Ya, I read it can get massive, like 12 inches in diameter in nature if left unchecked!!!

I removed it carefully with a new putty knife. I missed a few bubbles as they slid off the rock but I think I conquered it for now. Will just continue to watch for new patches forming. I was amazed at how fast it grew. The bubbles formed and were about 1.5 to 2 mm in diameter in must of been 2 hours. Quite amazing
