Red Blood Parrot Fish

does anyone know if parrot fish lay eggs has i have heard they are infertile but has layed eggs??
im so confused.

Yes, they lay eggs but most of the males are infertile and will not produce live babies. A male of of another species such as Red Devil or Severum can produce babies with the Blood Parrot. I have over 1,000 babies right now with a Blood Parrot female and a Red Devil male.
