I know that a red-bellied pacu will not tolerate one silver dollar...seen it myself...but what about a school of them? Will it just terrorize the whole group?

considering that pacus can reach 2ft. and get monstrous compared to silver dollars, i wouldn't do it.

and samuk is def. right. they are some serious pansies. mine seem to genuinely think the world is ending everytime i siphon.

LOL funy isnt it.

one time i was building up the rock scaping in the corner of my tank and jus as i had it all finished and walked away. i heard a rock moving, went to see what it was and one of my SD's had freaked out and hid inside the rocks.

unfortunately i had then built them all around him so alls i could see was a mouth moving about 1000 gasps a second and a pair of eyes. it was soooo funny.

they're such spastic little critters, aren't they? even when i feed them, they'll dash up to the food, gobble it up with their itsy bitsy mouths, and then dash away before dashing back for another piece. i do believe they have some sort of paranoia issue or something, haha. my cons love to chase them around just to get them freaked out. and boy does it work. :p and, it may be my imagination, but i'm pretty sure the rest of the fish laugh at them too when they have their backs turned. who wouldn't find those guys funny?

Funny, my silver dollars were friggin' assholes. Nipping eachother, chasing tankmates; pure assholes, they were.
