recovery from finrot

my pleco is recovering from a bacteria infection. Pieces of his fins rotted away. Will they grow back over time? Or will he bare his scar for the rest of his days?

If it was just fin rot they will grow back.

they will grow back. i would recommend adding some Melafix or something to aid the process
