Recommended Lighting?

Finally set up my 18" cube which is about 90 litre tank, there are a fair amount of plants in it and at the moment only have 3 marina led lights which sure will not be enough to keep the plants going and healthy. I can not spend a lot though will wait till payday in about two weeks, can someone recommend relatively cheap brands and what kind of wattage I would need? The plants I have are most lowly maintenance and wattage. The tank itself, has a grey lid and on the inside there is an inch rim around the inside so the light needs to be able to prop on the rim or attach. Alternatively on my puff tank there are sockets for light bulb to attach would I be able to use correct wattage but find smaller length bulbs? What would you recommend?
