Hi,

As some of you may or may not know I have a 200L tank. I now have the tank cycled and have done so with a fish-in cycle and numerous pieces of bad advice.

anyway after deciding to get rid of the parrot cichlids that I have at the moment I am now in the dilemma of what exactly to put in the tank. I'm after any advice and am looking for fish that grow to a good size.

They new purchases will be joining 4 dwarf gourami, 4 congo tetras and 4 sunset platys in their new home.

Thanks

Chris

IMO these fish owuld be good in your tank:

8 cardinal tetras,
1 rainbow shark (May be a little aggresive though- needs hiding places to reduce this aggresion)
6 bandit cories

These fish would look gr8 in the tank and will get on with the current inhabitants.

sounds good! thanks for the recommendations.

Would you recommend clown loaches as a good option as well?

Nope. Clown loaches get waaaay too big for a 50g. Also, you could probably do with getting 2-3 more congos as they're a shoaling fish and 4 is a little small.

Indeed! having just googled full grown clown loaches they get massive!!!!

Good call on the cardinal tetras....got some today and they are amazing!!!!! :D :D
