Was hoping Wilder or another guru could recommend a treatment for what seems to be the beginnigs of fin rot. A couple parts of the tail fin look slighty torn and ragged instead of smooth like usual. Did not notice this until morning, I keep a good eye on him so I believe this to be very recent. I would prefer not to use strong meds or salt as I will have to take my frogs out. I was wondering what the chances if healing are with frequent water changes? If that wont work what do you recommend? Thanks a lot.

Well first off Wilder has great advise but so do a lot of other people. Second, she said in so many posts she does not want her name in a post like this one.

What is your stock? Other fish could be picking at those fish.

Need your location.
Plus yes what fish do you have could be nipping.

Well very sorry as I obviously offended someone. I just have known wilder to be extremely helpful and prompt and by no means meant to disrespect you or other members on this site. Also, I was not aware Wilder didnt want her name in posts, I thought it might be a compliment that people are seeking her expertise, so I apologize to you for that Wilder. Im in the U.S.-Missouri if that helps at all. As stated above, there are 3 African Dwarf Frogs. Thank you.

Its ok poopsydrew don't get upset.
It nice but can be embarassing at the same time, but don't worry.
Go in with the maracyn then, good luck.
