Recommend Me 2 24" Light Tubes

Hello, can anyone recommend a pair of tubes as one of mine has just died! I want to get some plants growing in their again, just that I have silver dollars and they ate all my plants, so a bulb that encouraged plant growth I guess would be good, and then a ...? Sorry I'm a bit clueless, just used the ones that came with the tank.
