Recommend Co2?

hello can anyone reccomend me a complete co2 for my rio 180? With the hagen nutrafin ones if i buy two will this be all i need to produce a steady flow of controlled co2? cheers

Pressurised system if you can afford (CO2 fire extinguisher, regulator, needle valve, tubing, a diffuser and an optional solenoid is the cheapest way to do this), or make a DIY yeast kit if you can't, it's really simple to do, as you can see from the kit I made on my blog, and far more effective than commercial yeast kits are.

thanks alot ade but i am literally useless at diy and would prefer to use something already made where i can plug in and go! im also very lazy lol! Would the hagen co2 kits be adequate standard or would i need to buy different parts for them? cheers
