Hi all
I'm just getting back into my tropical fish, I gave them back to the shop when I moved house last year and have just set my tank up again. :D

I'm looking for a recomendation for a testing kit for around £15-£20 I used the dip sticks last time these tested for nitrate, nitrite, gh ph and I think kh. Though a £10 a pack they were quite expensive.

Thanks
Worzel

:hi: to the forum worzel2 :)

API (Aquarium Pharmaceuticals) is probably one of the best ones around - value for money as well as accurate results. You can buy the master kit for £17.15 or the individual ones as you please.

Ps: this sections is usually just for introductions ;) general questions are usually best asked / answered in the various section of the respective forums.

Thanks for that, I'll see if my local shop has one.

I've rarely seen master kits in shops. And if they are there, they are covered in dust :X
And if they do, they mostly stock Tetra (hugely expensive and in my opinion not worth it compared to API).

So check before you buy. It will probably also be cheaper to buy online (even with postage).
