1.5 cups of sugar
1 tsp yeast
1 pinch of soda bicarb
water to top up

I dissolve the sugar in warm water, add cold water to cool the mix, dissolve yeast in warmish water and add the lot to the mix. Then I add cold water to top up.

I use

1/4 tsp yeast
1 3/4 liters warm water
2 cups sugar
pinch bicarbonate of soda

For my 30 gallon. However that is just a basic guide. A few days I didn't fell it was producing as many bubbles as I would like so I added another 1/2 tsp yeast. Really it is trial and error to find what works best for you.

1 - 2 litre bottle for a 29 gallon tank.

2 - cups sugar
1 - teaspoon active dry yeast
1 - teaspoon baking soda

I mix the 3 above ingredients in luke warm water to dissolve the sugar, then fill the rest of the bottle with luke warm water to where the bottle starts to curve. This mix usually gives me good C02 for about a week.

I use on my 35 gallon:

2 cups of sugar
1 teaspoon of yeast
the rest is water....

I use the nutrafin plant system canister and i`m adding
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of yeast
add luke warm water

i get about a bubble per second for 2 days then it slows down dramatically during the third dropping to just 1 bubble per 4 seconds...so i change the mixture every 3 days
