amnonia-3.0, nitrate-5.3, nitrate-3.0, PH-7.0, 82 degrees farenhiegt. Cannot measure others.

First my platy had ich in her tail as a large 1 mm fuzzy lump. I began treatment as soon as it was discovered in a separate empty hospital tank. After 5 days of treatment it was reduced to a few dashes of thin white.

Water changes are done every day at 10 percent in the hospital tank.

Malacite green, and ackryflavine (spelling?) for 4 days, then on to salt.

She is in a solitary tank. She used to be in a community tank with 14 fish, none of which have symptoms.

The tank size is 2 gallons

2 chinese algae eaters have recently been added

If the spots are fuzzy then they are a bacterial infection, not ich. For this, you need to treat with an antibactrial medicine.

Your water quality is also very bad. You need to begin doing daily water changes until your ammonia and nitrite are both at zero. Also chineese algae eaters are dangerous fish to keep. As they get older, they develop a taste for the slime coats of other fish, and end up killing them.

How big is your community tank, and specifically what fish are in it? Were the water stats you gave from the main tank or the hospital tank?

I agree with tttnjfttt, in general though it is not good to add new fish to a tank with sick fish in it though. Do either of the tanks have filtration? Are you using dechlorinator at all?

Also we need to look at your main tank in stocking, and water quality.
