Re-whats Wrong With My Molly : (

hey all,i asked this before and a member told asked me for ph test and ammon etc. well i got all the tests and now i have a problem or i think i do

i have this marble molly that was pregnant about a week ago,and gave birth and now she's just wobbling side to side and staying next to the heater, fins are kinda clamp together and she still eats because as soon as i drop food she's 1 of the first one to get a bit but once she's dont eating she goes right back to acting weird
my water is the fallowing

is it because she gave birth, i heard that some die after they gave birth but a week later??
