hi there people, just a few questions, i have a 70 litre tank and had it for about a year now i think :), first time i have kept fish and i am really enjoying it, had some losses on the way but have had the same fish now for quite some time,
i currenty have one dwarf plec, 5 neons, 5 pristella tetras 3 guppies and 4 dwarf pygmy corys. just wondering what i can do, thinking of maybe geting rid of the guppies and neons? just wonering what i could put in instead?, i really like my pristellas they look really cool and are really lively, had my neons and guppies since i started so dont know if ill miss them but out of all of them the guppies dont do too much and getting bored and getting lots of fry to take to the shop every month of so
my water readings are
ph - 7
nitrates 20
nitrites 0
the water is very hardy

any suggestions will be welcome, be easy with me

Hey
have a look through these, any would be a nice addition to your setup

harlequinns or similar rasboras
kuhli loach
honey gourami or sparkling gourami
african dwarf frogs
shrimp

German Blue Ram's (the ones in my avatar) are stunning fish, and full of character. You'd get away with a pair of you lost the guppies.

maybe a single larger feature fish like a pearl gourami if you got rid of the guppies. There are some good videos of them on youtube, very calm fish, and extremly friendly, mine always comes to the front if it sees people, and will come and nibble your hands when they are in the tank!

Other than that how about 5-6 Galaxy rasboras, stunning looking fish, try to get captive breed, there are very low wild stocks!

galaxy rasboras sound nice! would add some nice colour aswell, are they hard to get hold of as they are low in the wild? would you get rid of the neons and guppies or just do away with the guppies? or neons and keep guppies just a few things to think over !
