Thx for all your suggestions folks, but i guess i am stubborn and a bit lazy.
What i did was emptyed 75% of the water and nothing else. then i slid the tank on to my coffe table (gently), then moved the coffee table across the room, put my stand where i wanted it, and slid the tank back from the coffee table to the stand. It worked GREAT and took about 20 mins from start to finish. Everything stayed in the tank except 75% 0f the water.
