Rasbora Disappeared!

Help!

I only have a 4 gallon bio Orb with 4 fish - 2 Rasbora and 2 Tetras...now 3 fish left - one of my Rasboras has disappeared! I shifted the gravel and looked under my filter still no luck. Weird!! Any suggestions??

Fish rot down very quickly in the warm water of a tropical tank; also, I'm afraid, the other fish will be quite happy to eat dead fish...
