Rasbora Borapetensis

so i've had 2 blackline rasboras, or Rasbora borapetensis, for a whole and about six months ago i bought 5 more. yesterday i moved them for a 20Long to a 29gallon and two or three other of the other ones have been like chasing her and stuff but only in circles. i have no idea as to how they breed but she is really fat, probably full of eggs to be fertalized. is she being bullied or are the others just a little frisky.

if they do decide to breed its no biggie though. the eggs would never hatch in my tank seeing there are 4 kuhli loaches

any information on breeding behavior would be appriciated..
