We have one male sailfin molly and three females. But he JUST wont leave them alone.

Do we put some more females in for his harem or take him out?

They need a rest...........

if you wnat to breed them i would add maybe another mollie or maybe even two if you don't wnat to then id take him out.
if you do wnat to breed them taking the male out won't stop the females breeding for up to 8 months
