This is best place i thought to put this. Im getting a 20 gallon tank to set up. I want another shrimp tank. Most likely blue jelly shrimp. I also want 2 German rams to put it, i would like a pair. This will be a low tech planted tank. Will the rams eat the shrimp or leave them in peace?

No, Rams are pretty damn mean when they want to be. I don't think shrimps would stand a chance.

I'd imagine they will eat the shrimp if they are similar to kribs, had to move my whole colony of cherry shrimps from my tank as they were slowly picking them off, luckily cherries breed like wildfire so I have a new colony breeding in a separate tank now.

Most shrimp will be a tasty snack for rams & blue jelly shrimp will be an expensive snack for them.
Having said that, I do have cherry shrimp in one tank with rams & they seem to ignore them for the most part, but there are so many shrimp if they do take an occasional one it doesn't impact the population.

Kinda off topic. Buuut do the blue shrimp breed as fast as rcs
