Theres a pet store about 5 mins from house that almost on a daily basis, gets new stock of Rams. At first i didn't know it, but today when I was there, they had Regular Blues, with some of the best colorations Ive ever seen. Better then the German versions, Long finned Blues, gold and Bolivian. Most of the gold were babies.

Could I add a pair of golds with my Bolivian pair in a community tank? they seemed ok in the 10 or 12 gallon setup in the store. there had to be atleast 30 in there. My tank is a 20H

As I understand it, no.
I'm 99% sure you need 20 gallon per pair.

Definitely not. Especially not a 20g high. Sounds like a great excuse for another tank. ;)

As a complete aside, what I wouldn't give for an LFS 5 minutes away that got quality german and bolivian rams in on a regular basis...

chances are the bolivian rams will terrorize them and lock them up in a corner fo the tank....

The best part is they only charge 5.99 per fish. They are better looking than most 20.00 rams I've come across. I don't think they know what they got, and there suppliers keep messing up I guess. They have had atleast 3 shipments in a few weeks and they kepp looking better and better.
