My rams in the 10 gallon have spawned. Eggs have hatched in about 50 hrs.

Fry still have not reached swimming stage have seen them moving around. What to do next?

Let the parents take care of the eggs  Do you plan on trading some fry off/ keeping some? You would probably need to move the fry to a grow out tank after a few weeks with the parents :)

Right now they are all alone in the 10 gallon, how long will they be alright in there.

I was gonna add some java moss from another tank in there...... Is it necessary

Right now just gravel and small cave

I'm sure the fry would like that, my cichlids fry usually live in java moss, either hiding or picking out little invertibrates (too small for people to see) for food :)

java moss is good to have in there, the fry can feed off the infusoria that can grow in the java moss. so yes, it is beneficial to have with them

Okay I will be doing water changes in my other tanks, I will remove some moss and place in the 10 gallon.

Also should I cover the filter intake?

Its on other side of tank but it is just a 10 gallon.

For any babies make sure the filter is quite gentle, so they dont get sucked in or blown about
