Rams - Fighting

Hey,

I know there have been a few topics on here about this. I just want to be sure.

I just bought 2 rams from my LFS. I'm 90% certain that its 1 male and 1 female as I did some thorough research and know what markings etc to look for. I'll attach some pics I've just taken but would welcome some confirmation.

There has been a fair bit of lip locking and sparring going on. The female seems to be the instigator so is she testing him? I have a video clip of them that I can show if you think it'll help you decide.

my 2 bolivian rams do the same.i wouldnt worry too much as long as no one gets hurt

So... they are still at it today. Is that normal? I am starting to think perhaps it's 2 males or something?!

It looks like the male is now just constantly at it... he won't leave her in peace at all. She's starting to look pretty stressed out.

Ah It's ok. They look like they're pairing up. He's nesting and is now flirting and they're both chasing away the other fishies. lol.

Awesome to watch.... I've been sat here for hours watching them.

Her eye is a bit sore though as he must have really went for her so I hope that heals quickly.
