RAMIREZI TROUBLE

I have one ramirezi and one ramirezi albino. I bought them a week ago and even though the first two days the albino had an aggresive attitude towards the other ramirezi, ever since the ramirezi is chasing the albino almost all the time. The albino is smaller in size (if that makes a difference). What should i do to stop this?

try removing the aggressive one, rearrange the tank and reintroduce him after the albino has time to adjust. You might also make sure there are several caves for them to call home.

Another thing i have found helpful is to add a few small schooling fish like danios. This helps to distribute the aggressiveness of the cichlids. This way they not only chase or fight with the other cichlids, but they chase the dithers also. That way the albino won't be the only fish being chased. I would try the above suggestion first.
