Ram Food?

hey everyone
i just wondered what food can i feed my bolivian rams apart from flake food?

Cichlid pellets (the smaller variety), also prawns, brineshrimp, bloodworm, mealworms, tubifex, peas, tuna.

my new bolivians are munching on the butternut squash thats in the tanks for the corys , shrimps , snails and plecs
