Raised Bump On Mollie

hi guys

one of my male silver mollies has a small yellowish raised bump on it's body at the front of it's dorsal fin, this seems to mirror on the other side with a mark but no bump, the fish it's self seems healty & lively but this is somthing i havent seen before any help or advice will be much apreceated.

How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
How big is the lump.
Any signs of flicking and rubbing.
Is the lump soft like filled with fluid, or hard looking.
Does the lump resemble a cauliflower or a cluster of eggs.
