Rainbows Have Bumbs?

I was out of town this past week and had my mom watch my fish. Coming home I found that 2 (if not more) of my Dwarf Rainbow fish have red wounds and/or bumps on their face, sides and tail. What the hell is going on? What do I need to do?

Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate, and ph.
Any red streaking or patches on the fish.

20 gal tank with AC70 filter (two sponges and the ceramic things)... 5 black neons, 3 otos, 4 dwarf rainbows, 2 bolivian rams and a bn pleco. The ammonia level is 0. tank has been running for about 2 years with no problems like this. The rainbows do have red sores on them. Others have a bumps and red sores ( the bumps look like a wart or pimple)
