Rainbowfish Has Cloudy Eye Help!

My rainbowfish has cloudy eye

I did a 40-50% WC today and am feeding high protein foods.

I only noticed it today, I am going to invest for a aquarium test kit.

Do I quarantine him and give him anti bacterial or what? I really don't want to lose him/her please help

Hey, I can't get a photo ATM but its like a white film over its eye

My water is HARD and its a red Irian rainbowfish, they prefer hard water right?
