Yes, it is.

Radius= measurement from centre to edge.
Diameter= measurement from edge to edge across the centre.

Divided by "two"...not divided by "half"...
Dividing something by half is the equivalent of doubling it...

But I think what you meant was right!

Yes, radius is measuring from one side to the middle. Basically the diameter, divided by two.
