Quick Ram Question(s)

got a male and a female bolouvian ram today lovely fish and obviously still settling in but they've not come out of hiding and dont seem to move around at all they perked up a tiny bit when they found each other in the tank but they just sit there on the bottom, is this normal?

a cory even cleaned the males tail fin for him

and whats the best food for these guys

ive added plenty of smooth rocks and theres some amazon sword should they wish to spawn

give them time...my rams are very cheeky and i think on the 2nd day the male was eating out of my hand...he now rules the roost at feeding time

forgot to say mine get some small pieces of algae tabs,tetra crisp things and live food....i collect my own ant eggs,worms..they do like bloodworms fairy shrimp etc

kool cheers and yes thier alot better allready ive turned the lights out help them relax and settle in a bit easyer

the neons and penguins quickly grouped up when the lights went out
