quick question

okay I'm kinda desperate.
I am stuck in the house with no car to go get to the store for the normal aquasafe that I use.
I do however have some "betta plus" that I use to treat my betta's water.

Can I use this in my regular tank? the bottle of the betta plus does not have the ingredients so I can't compare lables.
