Quick Question Before I Go To Store

juliet is feeling better and now chasing ophelia around the tank...I need some plants in there as the cave isnt cutting it, I dont want to rob my big tank of plants..either plastic or real, and I need some silk ones now.

can I save some money and buy regular silk flowers? no metal wires, not sprayed with any chemicals, just plain cheap cheesy silk flowers......as they girls arnt staying forever they are going to my sisters sor and I dont want to have to spend a huge ammount on new plants i will never use again.

if i must get aquarium silks I will either do that or seperate the girls into two tanks, becaue juliet seems to be feeling much better faster then ophelia, I dont want juliet to womp on her while she is still feeling poopy.

It's always been my opinion to never add anything to an aquarium that wasn't designed for aquarium use. You never know what the materials could have been treated with, or are really made of.

Its not really wise to just have 2 female bettas together unless they get along really well. Is there anyway that you could just seperate them permanently? All of the chasing is just putting unnecessary stress on both of them and could end up killing one of them.
